For portfolios with no logo

We will ship your order approximately 2 weeks from the date the order was received.

For portfolios with debossed covers or printed plaques

You will receive an email proof of your logo placement within two business days of your order. Once you approve your proof, we will ship your order approximately 3 weeks from the approval date.

Please allow extra time for orders of multiple items.

We will notify you of any delays in turnaround time.

Rush Fee:

Any job requiring a turnaround time of fewer than two weeks will incur a rush fee of 50% of the total order price. Please contact us to find out if rush turnaround is available.

Shipping:

Please allow ample time for shipping, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns about shipping timeline.

International Orders:

International items will ship USPS Express International (3-5 days to most major markets). Contact us if you have further questions.

Product Guarantee:
