I just ordered from your website. When will I receive my order?
If you ordered a portfolio with a blank cover, we will ship to you approximately 3 weeks from the date you placed your order. If you ordered a debossed logo or printed plaque, you will receive an email proof within 4 business days of placing your order. We will ship to you approximately 4 weeks after you approve your logo placement proof.
If you need to receive your order sooner, please inquire about our rush options.
I would like to design my own portfolio. How do I order something custom from you?
We suggest you browse our gallery page for inspiration. Fill out the form at the bottom of that page to start a conversation about your project.
How much does it cost to get a completely custom portfolio or book made? How long will it take?
Custom pricing depends largely on book structure, materials, size, and quantity. Prices for a handmade, hardcover book start at about $250.00. Slipcases start at $140.00. Clamshell Boxes start at $350.00. Using custom materials such as leather, adds $120.00, and cover personalization ranges from $60.00 - $250.00.
Turnaround time for a custom portfolio is typically 4 weeks from when we have all the final details and materials in hand, and we have received a deposit. Custom work requires more communication and coordination up front, so please account for this in your timeline.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
We typically offer discounts for quantities of 10 or more of the same item. We also offer discounts on debossing when the same logo is used on more than one piece. Contact us for more information.
Do you offer student discounts?
Sure! Send us an email from your school address and we will set you up with a 10% student discount.
Do you provide page printing?
We do not offer page printing, but we can help! We recommend you either find an excellent printer in your area, print your pages yourself, or use Pushdot Studio in Portland, Oregon. We are happy to provide any information your printer needs to successfully print your portfolio pages.
Can I get my order sooner?
Usually, yes. We offer a paid rush for 50% of the order total for a turnaround time of less than two weeks. Please contact us for availability. Rushes may be limited depending on our current workload.
Do you have items in stock, or are they all made to order?
We make your portfolio with our own hands once you place your order. Please check our Etsy shop for any in-stock journals or photo albums.
What materials do you use? Are they archival?
All of the materials we use – cloth, board, adhesives, paper, thread– are pH neutral and archival. They will live for hundreds of years with the proper care.
